A Crowd gather after a man was shot in Computer village

Eye witness:  A guy on black top with a police look-alike helmet got off a bike n went after a man on a white outfit with a bag dat looked 2 b full of money, shot 3 times but not sure if d 3 bullets hit him but e got hurt in d process. D robber scared people away with d shots n escaped with d money as d bike dat brot him was still waiting 4 him which must a bin his accomplice took off n rode off via a one-way route. D victim was 2 b rushed 2 d hospital wen a police van passed but d 2 police officers refused 2 help n went their way b4 a taxi helpd 2 tk him 2 d general hospital
